2023 PA West Young Male & Female Referees of the Year Nomination Form

Use this form to nominate a young male or female referee for consideration for the 2023 PA West Young Male and Female Referees of the Year honor. Recipients will also be nominated for the US Youth Soccer East Region Young Male and Female Referees of the Year.

Nominees must be 18 years old or younger as of July 31, 2023. The deadline for nominations is December 31, 2023.

Nominees for both of the PA West Region awards are judged on their commitment to personal development, promotion of the game and involvement in the community.
