I understand that presenting a Case does not obligate me/us to accept any advice.

I understand that the Sage Group Collective is not liable for any decision my organization might make.

I understand that if I/we act upon advice received and it results in financial gain, I/we are not obligated to pay anything further beyond the fee to present the Case Conversation.

I understand that should I request further engagement with or assistance from a Member of the Sage Group Collective who was part of the Case Conversation panel, any consulting agreement is between myself, my organization, and that person, who acts as a free agent. Nothing further is owed to the Sage Group Collective.

I acknowledge that 50% of the $9,000 fee is nonrefundable. I also acknowledge that should I/we need to withdraw from the process, a 50% refund is available upon written notice no less than 5 business days prior to the scheduled Case Conversation.
