Eagle Valley Middle School 8th Grade Registration 2020-2021
All students will have a daily curriculum of four core subjects: Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Students will also have TWO elective choices.

According to NAC 389.445, to promote to high school, students must pass the following classes with a 60% or higher in seventh and eighth grade: 3 semesters of English/Language Arts (1.5 credits), 3 semesters of Mathematics (1.5 credits), two semesters of science (1.0 credit), two semesters of social studies (1.0 credit), and one semester of Computer Science and Integrated Technology (0.5 credit).

Placement in Algebra I will be based on a combination of grades, test scores, and teacher recommendation.
Online credit recovery courses will be held after-school only. There are no options for credit recovery classes during the school day for the 2020-20201 school year.
