An Arkansas PTA Honorary Life membership is the highest honor that may be bestowed upon an individual by a unit, council or state PTA for distinguished service to children and youth.  The proceeds go toward the Arkansas PTA Scholarship fund to help graduating seniors and adults returning to the educational field.
