This form is required in order to promote your event through North Shore Methodist Church in Canyon Lake, Texas. Please note the following guidelines:

If something is Not Applicable write N/A in the description.

All requests are due two weeks prior to the deadline for your submission.

Newsletters: to place your event in the following months newsletter we need to have the submission by the 15th the month prior.

Sunday Slide Announcements: your event will be promoted two weeks prior to the event date. If it is a donation request or call for volunteers it will be posted for four weeks prior.

Submission: Please only submit your event one time. You will receive a confirmation notice once you submit this form.

Images: Send all images, logos, slides, flyers, etc. to digital@northshore-umc.org with the title of the event in the subject line.

Thanks so much! We will begin to brand our announcements in a few months and set guidelines. In the meantime we do not want your requests to be ignored.
