Please note this DPA is applicable to our service offerings with respect to Cloud, Xenium Catalyst, Cloud Analysis and Xenium In-Situ services.

The DPA has been specifically designed to cover our applicable service offerings and unfortunately, we are unable to review or sign DPAs provided by our customers or customize our DPA on a case-by-case basis.

Once you submit this form, we will initiate a signature request through DocuSign and your signor will have the opportunity to review the DPA before they sign.

The DPA will be legally binding after your signer signs the agreement via DocuSign.
