Kindergarten Survey for 2026 - 2027 School Year
Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are seeking your assistance in determining the number of children who will be entering Kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year.

This information is essential for planning and budgeting purposes, and we greatly appreciate your cooperation.

Please complete the information requested below for all preschool aged children in your household. To be eligible for Kindergarten in September 2026, a child must be five (5) years old on or before October 1, 2026. 

If you have more than one eligible child,  please complete a separate form for each child.

Parents/Guardians of children eligible for Kindergarten in September 2026 will receive registration information by mail. Please return this information to the school office by Friday, February 6, 2026.

If you know of neighbors or families who do not currently have children enrolled in our school but who do have preschool aged children, please list the parent(s)/guardian(s) name and address. Complete the remaining information in this section to the best of your ability.
