Community Donation Request
We are proud to support local nonprofits and charitable organizations throughout the year in the Carthage area and surrounding communities.  As a locally owned business, we are only able to support nonprofits and initiatives within close proximity of our location.  Please make sure your organization meets this criteria.

We receive several requests throughout the year, and our guidelines for processing them are as follows:
*Please give us at least a 45 day advanced notice in order to process your request.
*Please submit a copy of your tax exemption form and/or your 501c3 status below.
*Donation requests are reviewed in the order submitted.  Allow up to 2 weeks for a follow-up message.
*Submissions must be approved to receive donations.
*Preference is given to 501c3 Non-profit organizations within close proximity to our location and those with potential for the greatest impact on our community.

Please email a copy of your tax exemption to sales@carthagehardware.build. A copy is needed for your request to be considered.  Thanks!

Please note that donations asking for cash sponsorship will not be considered at this time.
