Last day to submit is Friday, September 9, 2022.
Class Parent responsibilities include:
1.) act as a liaison between the classroom teacher and the PTO
2.) manage the classroom sign-up sheet for special events, volunteering and supplies
3.) collect class dues/memory book fees
4.) distribute information to the class in a timely matter
5.) work cooperatively with the grade parents on the selected service project
6.) participate in monthly PTO meetings as determined with other grade level volunteers (3rd Wed of each month at 9:15am).
Grade Parent responsibilities include:
1.) act as coordinator between class parents on your grade level
2.) determine a representative from your grade level to be present at each monthly PTO meeting
3.) coordinate the service project for your grade level
4.) work with the PTO Treasurer to handle collection of dues and grade level bank accounts
