California Net Neutrality Bill Supporter Letter
A bill introduced into the California State Senate (SB822) would comprehensively restore net neutrality in California and set a strong precedent for other states and the federal level. It’s the first state-level bill that truly matches all of the net neutrality protections put in place by the 2015 Open Internet Order, including on interconnection. It also bans the most egregious forms of zero-rating.

To support this bill, public interest groups are organizing a letter to the committee considering this bill. The text of the letter can be found at:
