Shivanga Sadhana for Gents
Namaskaram, Welcome to Shivanga Sadhana for Gents offered at Isha Yoga Center.  This program is an intense sadhana, which requires many levels of participation.  Please read and understand the requirements below in order to participate in the Shivanga Sadhana.
US Sadhana Initiation (Check all that apply) *
The Sadhana process will begin with an initiation on Monday, January 1st evening.  This will either be facilitated at a location or conducted via online webinar - details will be shared once confirmed.

Shivanga Sadhana Donation (excludes cost of shipping sadhana kits to participant) *
The Shivanga Sadhana donation is approximately $6 dollars (400 rupees).  This includes the price for registration and kit.  Participants must donate separately towards the cost of shipping the kits.
Travel to the Isha Yoga Center *
Attendance on Mahashivarathri at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore is mandatory.  You must arrive at the IYC on or before 11th, February at 3:00pm and are required to stay until the evening of 13th of February (Mahashivarathri).
Requirements for Shivanga in North America *
I understand that the requirements for Sadhana participation in North America are not the same as India and may be instructed differently per the need.  I agree to adhere to the appropriate instructions for US/Canada regions and will do my best to follow them.
