This retreat focuses on the practice of mindfulness in daily activities. From breathing to the awareness on how our perceptions influence our mind, we observe the changes of our emotions. Throughout the retreat, there will be alteration of sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful stretching and mindful eating.

Registration fee: Free to all but donation is most welcome
Attire: Please wear loose long pants and temple purple polo. (If you haven't got a temple polo, you will be given one)
Lunch will be provided by the temple. To reduce waste, please bring your own bowl, utensil, and a paper bag to wrap them after use.
