Terms & Conditions *
1. All distributors (except for those under BA's tier) shall make a deposit according to their tier directly to the Company. 2. All distributors shall adhere to the Company's retail and wholesale price, including but not limited to official notices on promotional mechanics as stipulated by the Company. Distributors who do not adhere to the Company's retail and wholesale price will have their deposit forfeited, stocks supply ceased and to pay the Company an agreed penalty of five (5) times the retail price of the product(s) on the total amount of last restock, i.e. If distributor last restocked 10 Sunscreen, the penalty will be 5 x 10 x retail price of Sunscreen. 3. All distributors shall sell the Company's products in the currency as stipulated by the Company for overseas buyers. 4. All distributors shall not make comparisons to or criticise other brands. 5. All distributors are allowed to use the Company's marketing materials but shall not disseminate the same to unauthorised sub-agents. 6. All distributors acknowledge that the Company is entitled to revise its terms and conditions from time to time. 7. All distributors are authorised to retail the Company's products ONLY if they have agreed to the terms and conditions and have registered their particulars with the Company. 8. All distributors acknowledge that the Company shall reserve its rights in the event of distributors being in breach of the terms and conditions, including forfeiture of deposit.
