** Individual Voters in Utah May Request to STOP a Future Mailed Ballot **
Utah Code 20A-3A-202(9)
allows voters to ask their Election Officer, by submitting a written request, to not send a mailed ballot for the next and subsequent elections. These citizens will simply vote in person. Voters may likewise resume receipt of a mailed ballot by submitting a separate written request. Submitting this website form fulfills the requirement for a Cache County voter to either stop or resume a mailed ballot.
