RCEN membership application
To apply for a renewal of membership or a new membership:

a. All members, regardless of membership class, must complete the following application.

Current members of provincial/territorial affiliate networks (http://rcen.ca/affiliatenetworks) are asked to provide information on their location and contact information to ensure RCEN records are up to date.

b. Those applying for voting membership who are not members of a provincial/territorial affiliate network must submit this completed form along with:

(1) a note of reference from an affiliate network or two existing member groups, OR a description of the group’s activities and a website URL; and

(2) the applicable membership fee. Your application will be considered at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the board, or general meeting, whichever comes first.

Your cheque will not be cashed until your membership has been approved. In the unlikely event your membership is denied, your cheque will be returned to you in an unmarked envelope.
