Next, please complete this Google Form to specify the submission file you want to use for human evaluation.

For award consideration, please make sure your team completes all the following three steps:

Submit the output you want to use for the human evaluation via Eval.AI before the submission deadline.
Submit THIS GOOGLE FORM to specify the submission file you want to use for human evaluation in each track.
Submit your technical report before the technical report deadline.
