Planned Parenthood of Michigan- House Party Fundraising Form

Thank you for your interest in hosting a fundraising party for PPMI in your home. We have created a "house party tool kit" that we will send to you after you complete this form. The box will contain handouts, suggested timeline and talking points, party favors and sex trivia - the rest (such as invitations and food/drink) is up to you! 

A staff member will contact you regarding next steps for your party. Please allow 2-4 weeks for "house party kit" to arrive. 

**Please note** - this fundraising kit is designed for parties at your house for under 50 guests. If you are planning a larger event (such as one at a bar) and wish to donate proceeds to PPMI, please contact Helen.harding@ppmi.org to be connected with the correct staff contact.
