We are working to process all refunds as quickly as we can. If you have requested a refund, you will receive an email from the ticketing platform you originally purchased through, Eventbrite or Tixr, when the refund has been processed. After which, you should see the refund back on your card within 7 business days.
If you have purchased a camping pass and still would like to request a refund on your camping pass, you can still do so by emailing email@example.com. Refunds on camping passes will be available until 7 days after we announce our next music and camping event. If you do not request a refund, you will receive a comparable or better camping ticket to our next event.
