2026 International Overdose Awareness Day Event Feedback Form
Thank you for joining The Towns of Braintree & Weymouth, The Braintree Community Partnership, The Weymouth Prevention Alliance & The Sun Will Rise Foundation for one of our lantern-making workshops or the International Overdose Awareness Day Lantern Walk and Glow Stick Remembrance. We created these events to offer people a meaningful way to remember those who have died due to overdose and other substance use-related causes, connect with others who understand and feel supported by the community. Your feedback will help The Sun Will Rise Foundation and our community partners understand what was meaningful and what we can improve. The survey is anonymous and should take about five minutes.
