I agree that by completing this Puppy Application I have reviewed the entire website and agree to all policies, protocols and procedures that Read's Australian Labradoodles has in place. I agree to complete this form as best and honestly as possible. Read's Australian Labradoodles have explained requirements/expectations. I understand that the contract defines several stipulations that are designed to protect and advocate for their puppies. I understand that Read's Australian Labradoodles does not waiver on these terms and policies. I am free to choose YES to continue with the application process, however I have been advised that the Contract terms/requirements have to be signed and all of Read's Australian Labradoodles terms have to be met before they release a puppy to me. I also, understand and agree that at any time Read's Australian Labradoodles has the right to refuse sending home a puppy to us, if at any point they become uncomfortable with me or my home. If that occurs, I agree to allow them time to find a new home for that puppy/spot before any refunds are given.

I/we understand that in order to reserve a spot on the waiting list,  I/we must submit this application accompanied by the Application Fee - NON REFUNDABLE (applied to the puppy balance) in the amount of $500.00. I/we understand that this Application fee will be applied to my remaining balance owed. I also agree and understand that at any time Read's Australian Labradoodles, for any reason decides this is not a good fit for their puppy and decides not to approve this application, the $500 Application fee will be returned. I/we also understand that the waiting list is established by the receipt of the approved Puppy Application and the payment of the Application ($500.00) fee, however I am willing to trust Read's Australian Labradoodles with finding a good puppy for me. I/we understand that Read's Australian Labradoodles reserves the right to change the stud of any litter and policies to benefit or maximize the quality, size, temperament and function of each litter/program. I/we understand that the first 1/2 payment is due on or before the birth of puppies and the second payment is due on or before six weeks of age.
