Report a Conduct Concern:
The SLRC Conduct Pledge sets out the principles to which all Club Members, Staff, Rowers and guests are expected to adhere. All are expected to act, take actions, and represent themselves, the Club and St. Louis in ways that demonstrate good character, builds a love for rowing, shows respect for other rowers, Club Members, Coaches and others with whom they come into contact. The Code of Conduct and Rower Pledge can be found on the SLRC website.
All Members, Coaches and Rowers are personally responsible to immediately report observations of Misconduct by any Member, Visitor or Guest to the Head Coach, a Lead Coach, or a member of the Board of Directors. To the extent permitted by law, and as appropriate, SLRC will keep confidential the complainants’ name on request, not make public the names of potential victims, the accused perpetrator of the people who made the report. Individuals can report misconduct in a way that is most comfortable for the person including in person or written. This form contains the basic information needed to initiate a proper investigation.
A report of abuse, misconduct or policy violations which are malicious, frivolous or made in bad faith is prohibited. Such reports will be considered a violation of our Code of Conduct and grounds for disciplinary action. Depending on the nature of the allegation, the person(s) making a malicious, frivolous or bad-faith allegation may also be subject to civil or criminal proceedings.
