Membership Types
Full Membership
Company/Entity must fall into at least one of the following categories:
1. A company founded or incorporated in the Switzerland, whose HQ is located in the Switzerland, with the majority of its Board of Directors, officers, or shareholders being Swiss citizens.
2. A company in which the ultimate beneficial ownership belongs to one or more Swiss citizens.
3. A company registered in Georgia that has a franchise agreement to do business under a major recognized Swiss brand.

Full Members ( Swiss Linked Entities exclusively) shall be entitled to vote at General Assembly and shall be eligible to be members of the Board.

• CORPORATE A MEMBER – Full Membership (Annual Membership Fee – 10 000 GEL)
• CORPORATE B MEMBER- Full Membership (Annual Membership Fee – 4000 GEL)
• CORPORATE C MEMBER- Full Membership (Annual Membership Fee – 1500 GEL)

Associate Membership
Any Georgian-registered legal entities or Georgian-registered branches of foreign legal entities, who (i) are in good standing in the community and acceptable to the GSBA; (ii) are commercial legal entities, doing business in Georgia, and interested in the purposes for which the GSBA is organized; (iii) A Georgian registered legal entity that operates with Swiss customers; (iv) A Georgian legal entity that is involved in export/import of goods and services in/from Switzerland.

Associate Members shall be entitled to attend and participate in GSBA’s events and projects, yet do not possess the same
prerequisites as a full member. In particular, Associate Members shall not be entitled to vote at General Assembly or be qualified to be a member of the Board.
