Event Room Request
In order to reserve a room, you must complete and submit the form below. 

Your request will be sent to the events coordinator and will be processed within 24 hours.  You will receive a confirmation via email once the request has been approved.  Please make sure you are following the event procedure, and don't forget to fill out the Announcement Form.

General Conditions for Facility Use at Saint Louis University
- Smoking is not permitted in University facilities.
- Alcohol is permitted only at events catered by, and the alcohol served through Chris' @ The Docket.
- A designated representative of the Client must be available to University personnel at all times during the use of the facility. Client agrees to be responsible for any damages to University facilities and/or property or injury to other persons caused by persons using University facilities under this Agreement.
- Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Saint Louis University, its trustees, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, suits, actions and liability arising or alleged to arise out of injuries or damages sustained by any person as a result of the use of the University facility under this Agreement, notwithstanding the negligence of Saint Louis University, its trustees, officers, employees and agents.
- Failure to abide by the terms of this Agreement may result in the immediate termination of the Agreement by the University.
