2025 HPG Summer Track Registration
(15-20 minutes) You will need: athlete's information including his/her AAU# and/or USATF#, apparel sizes, parent/emergency contact info, and any medical information. There is an acknowledgement and medical release. A payment link is provided after submitting this form. Alternatively, $500 payment via check at the parent meeting / before 1st practice is also acceptable.
