Campus Center Tabling-Employer/Graduate School Request Form
Thank you for your interest in tabling in our Campus Center at Wellesley College. This option is available on a Monday-Thursday from 11am-2pm (depending on table availability). Most employers and/or graduate schools table anywhere from 2-3 hours, around lunchtime. A flat $50 fee is required for campus tabling (fee waived for nonprofits and small local businesses). You may submit payment at:

Upon filling out this form, a member of our team will be in touch with you and will initiate a reservation with our Events Office at the college. Once confirmed, please submit payment and post the details of tabling (along with a description) as an Event in Handshake, if you have not already. On the day of your tabling reservation we encourage you to bring signage, print materials, swag, or any other visible materials to have available at your table. Please note that advanced shipping of materials is not available. We will reserve one six foot table and a few chairs for your use. Thank you! Marketing and Event Promotion

In advance of your event, we will assist with digital marketing by sharing details with student organizations, specific populations, and students with relevant industry interests. We will also promote your event in our weekly newsletter to all students.
