BCSC School Incident Report
See Something, Say Something. 
This form is to provide our school community a way to report suspicious activity, threatening or concerning statements (in-person, online, or in a text message), risky behaviors, unusual or bizarre content towards a BCSC school or student(s). This is a safe way to report a threat or potential threat to a student and/or school.  

There are several safe ways to report suspicious activity:

1) In cases of emergency or immediate risk, call 911.
2) Immediately report to a trusted adult.
3) Complete this form.

The named school will be provided a copy of the report.
  • Investigation will begin the day of the report if received during normal school hours.
  • Investigation will begin on the next school day for reports received outside normal school hours.

Please provide as much detail as possible.
"Incident" refers to the specific activity, language, behaviors or threat.
