This is a vetted show. The first wave of application reviews will occur on December 1st, 2018; all applications received after this deadline will be placed on the Waiting List in order of submission, but will not be included in the initial review.
Our choices for vendors will be made based on the following factors, in no particular order;
*How unique and well made your goods are. This means we need a valid website, etsy, photographs or something similar in order to see your items.
*What you sell - This allows for the best sales opportunities for all vendors. In general, we will accept 2 vendors selling "like" goods.
*Our relationship with you, especially if we have worked with you before - Please understand that while we love, and are very grateful to vendors that have been with us are previous shows that does not mean you will be automatically accepted; variety from year to year to important to both vendors and attendees.
The event runs September 27th - 29th, 2019, with set up on the morning of September 27th, 2019.
10' x 10' spaces. $250.00 each. 2 badges per booth. Setup may be no larger than 8ft tall. Booths are inside the main hall and will be locked over night. Corner booth options are available for an additional $50 per booth.
6' tables spaces. $125.00 each. 2 badges per table. Setup may be no larger than 6ft tall. Please note, tables are located in open hallway and pre-function spaces.
Filling out an application does not guarantee you a spot. Only complete applications will be vetted. Application results will be communicated no later than January 15th, 2019.
