Thank you for visiting this webpage/reporting form.  The Ipswich Public Schools takes matters of safety, security and diversity very seriously.  Any member of the school community can report activities that they feel may impact the safety, security or equitable treatment of our staff and students by filling out the form below. We will do our best to investigate each tip that is submitted in a timely manner.  This report goes directly to the Superintendent of Schools.  All information will be kept confidential in accordance with the law.  Space is provided to leave contact information if you would like a follow up.
