Come join us for a non-sports specific speed, agility, and plyometric training program.

Designed to help develop speed and power for all your sports. 

Grades: Entering 2-7 in the fall of 2025 (LOC 7th graders that signed up for strength training through the school can not attend) 

Where: St.Marys Central High School Football Field

Dates: Monday and Wednesday’s June 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30 July 2, 7, 9, 14, 16     

Time: 530-630

I herby acknowledge the health of my child to be ready for vigorous activity and authorize the coaching staff to secure any emergency treatment deemed necessary, and I hereby release the camp, dirextor, coaches, St Mary’s Central High Schol, and all employees from claims on account of any injuries which may be sustained by my child while attending Dinius Speed Camp. I also understand that any medical bills incurred by my child while in attendance at the camp will be my responsibility or the responsibility of my family health insurance plan.
