The meal will consist of an Italian buffet with Chicken Parmesan and there will be options for those with dietary restrictions. The meal will be on February 24th in the Dede III. Doors open at 6 pm, and dinner will be served around 6:30 to 6:45 pm. 

Tickets cost $25 per person. ISU students are eligible for a $5 discount. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the total amount due a couple days after filling out this form. Payment is required by February 16th. More information about payment is included at the end of this form. 

During the dinner, there will be a silent auction, Timmy Tienda, and a presentation about the club. An email will be sent the week of the banquet with more information about everything that will be there.
