Shakopee Educational Endowment Foundation (SEEF) Board of Directors Candidate Application Form
Thank you for your interest in taking an active role in supporting the SEEF mission of “preserving and enhancing the quality of education in the Shakopee School District by funding projects that provide innovative learning opportunities for our students.”

Expectations of all board members include:
• Fully understand and support the Foundation’s mission and ensure that the work of the Foundation is consistent with its mission. Maintain familiarity with the SEEF bylaws.
• Serve as a Foundation ambassador in the community.
• Commit to a minimum of either a two-year or three-year term.
• Attend at least 75% of board & committee meetings. Currently, board meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month at 5 p.m. Committee meetings are scheduled on an as needed basis. During grant application season, board meetings may be scheduled more frequently.
• Actively participate in fundraising activities.
