Blossom Festival 2020 Application - Food & Beverage Vendor
We are searching for a variety of food vendors to feed our hungry festival goers.
We need breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night hours covered and we would love to have a mix of creative and versatile food to cover all diets including vegan and vegetarian.
Vendors are not required to pay an application cost, however, it is expected that they will remain open for the full duration of the event (in line with the opening hours applied for), and may be requested by Blossom Festival to stagger opening hours to assure food is available to our patrons as required. All food vendors will be required to arrive on Friday as gates open in order to be set up and be ready for service by dinner time the same day.
All vendors need to be self sufficient for the duration of the event. If a vendor is unable to supply their own power, Blossom Festival can organise power at a negotiated cost.
All vendors must have their own public liability and other relevant licences and insurances and must obtain their "Temporary Food Vendor" approval from the Shire of Boddington to be considered for this year's event.
Temporary Food Vendor Form:
Blossom Festival is an intimate event and we expect anywhere from 500 to 1000 patrons. As a result we will only have limited space for food vendors, so unfortunately not all applicants will be accepted.
