I understand that should this application be successful I will be bound by the rules of Kalymaro lodge (Co-Op) Limited, and by any amendments thereof registered in accordance with the Cooperatives Act 1992 (NSW).

I understand that should this application be successful I will pay to Kalymaro lodge (Co-Op) Limited (check all):

$50, being twenty five (25) two dollar ($2) shares in the Co-operative;

A non repayable entry fee of four thousand ($4,000); and

An annual subscription fee as advised by the Board for the current financial year ($250 for 2023/24), and varied annually thereafter.
