As a result of our hard work as a community—many months of organizing, electing new trustees, expanding and strengthening your community, hundreds of conversations with colleagues, a mass rally on October 26, and your strike card organizing–your Bargaining Team was able to reach a Tentative Agreement on a new contract late Thursday morning. The agreement includes a 14% raise over three years (9% this year, 3% next, 2% in final year 25-26), with the full restoration of salary cuts from 2021.
