This person hereby requests to reserve a booth space at the Kuna Main Street Market for dates selected. It is understood that all "Terms and Conditions" are accepted and agreed to. Farmers Alley Market of Kuna LLC, Rise & Loaf Sourdough Co. LLC and all other affiliates will not be responsible for loss or damage incurred by the exhibitor OR to the exhibitor by any cause whatsoever. Business insurance is recommended (but not required) for each vendor and not provided by venue or affiliates.

PAYMENT: The booth fee’s per event are as follows:
$30 - 10x10 booth space per day
$220 - 10x10 booth space per season
$50 - Food truck space per day
We allow you to reserve your space with a non-refundable/ non- transferable full deposit of amount owed, this is due within 14 days upon acceptance. If payment is not sent within 14 days, space offerings will be voided and made available to other vendor applicants.

BOOTH SPACES: Vendors are responsible for any chairs, tables and tents etc. needed for their space. A canopy is recommended for shade and display purposes. Stakes or weights for your tents are required as Kuna is known for its windy days. Booths will be assigned for a curated layout and for maximum productivity for all vendors & customers.
We will send out your assigned booth space and a map via email the week of each event. If you requested a space for the full 2026 season, you will have a permanent space designated to you for each market for your commitment to this market and for your own convenience. Spaces will be clearly marked with your booth space number provided, as well as your business name to avoid any confusion.
SPACES ARE NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
Vendor spaces are not to be shared between different businesses. Each vendor must submit their own application for review and approval!
MARKETING: Market organizers have permission to use the photos submitted with vendor applications and taken at events for marketing purposes. Vendors agree to share materials provided for marketing purposes on ALL their social platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
VENDOR INFORMATION: Set up will begin at 8:00am each market date. Please do not arrive earlier than 8:00am, to allow market organizers to have booth spaces prepped and ready for vendors. Vendors are required to be set up by 9am and remain set up until 1pm. Any vendor who fails to comply will forfeit their space at future events without refund. No show vendors will not be invited back & will forfeit any paid booth fees.
Our Market is outside - weather can change quickly here in Kuna so please plan accordingly and dress appropriately to avoid any accidents and discomfort. During summer months, please plan accordingly by bringing plenty of water, etc. to stay hydrated and well.
Any Vendor who conducts themselves in a manner which disrupts the Market, Vendors or Customers will be asked to leave and will not be invited back, forfeiting any paid fees prior to time of occurrence.
This is a Non-smoking event. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
For the comfort and safety of our community and customers, please leave your pets at home. We understand there are service animals, which are always welcome. Please know that proof will be required at time of set up for this specific instance.
Farmers Alley Market of Kuna does not take a percentage of your sales. Vendors will be responsible for their own money, taxes and transactions. Event registration through the Idaho State Tax Commission with the event ID we provide prior to the start of the season is required. Registration must take place within two business days of the event. Failure to do so will resort in disclosure to the tax commission.
Farmers Alley Market of Kuna will not provide any food or water at the event so please make sure to bring your own or purchase from local eateries near by, or any food trucks that may be at the event.
All cottage food and/or drink Vendors must be approved by the Idaho Central District Health Department 30 days in advance of the sale date.

The Farmers Alley Market of Kuna reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 8am. Spaces will be clearly marked and sent out via your Vendor map that will be emailed to you for your convenience.
PARKING: For unloading purposes, keep in mind there are several other vendors, so please be mindful and as quick as possible. After set up/unloading is complete, parking is available in the designated vendor parking labelled on your vendor map. Please do not block any main thoroughfares and be mindful of customer parking. We want our customers to have easy access!
