Call for Proposals - Fleurix Conference 2024
This year's event is on Thursday 9/5/24 @ Station West in Charlotte, NC. Submissions are due by end of day July 15th. We will review submissions on a rolling basis, so earlier submissions are encouraged.

We welcome creative, passionate, technical, and inspiring presentations as long as they remain within the boundaries of our Code of Conduct, which can be found on our website:

An individual can submit multiple proposals, but it is unlikely that multiple talks will be selected. Please note the presentation format is a guideline; we may ask you to shuffle the length or format of the proposal as we assemble the full schedule.

Please see for FAQ, scoring rubric, and more.

Speakers are not paid but may receive a gift and attend the conference for free. Email if you have any questions.
