We’re thrilled to invite aspiring entrepreneurs, young researchers, and innovative thinkers to apply for an exclusive Wild Card to attend The ERLab Days 2025 – our annual knowledge transfer event connecting cutting-edge entrepreneurship research with dynamic startup ecosystems.

Organized by ERLab – a vibrant research community from European University Viadrina – this year’s event will take place in one of Europe’s most exciting hubs for entrepreneurship and AI: Heilbronn, from June 11–13, 2025.

As a Wild Card holder, you’ll receive:

• Free event access

• Accommodation in shared rooms at Hogh Hotel Heilbronn (breakfast included)

• Travel reimbursement of up to €320 after the event

Expect three enriching days of  keynotes, workshops, and panel discussions led by researchers and innovators working at the intersection of creativity, communication, community and entrepreneurship. You’ll also enjoy informal networking evenings with food, drinks, and live music – all free of charge.

This is your chance to:

• Explore the intersection between research and the startup world

• Exchange ideas with scholars, students, and founders

• Present your ideas and get inspired by others
