Reduced Registration Fee Application
The Washtenaw Junior Blue Football and Cheer organization may provide eligible applicants a need-based reduced registration fee to assist in registering for football and cheer programs.  The extent of any fee reduction is based on several factors, including the organization’s financial situation, the number of eligible applicants, and an family’s unique circumstances.

Applications should be received by May 15 to ensure the board can review the application and make a decision prior to the closure of registration for the season.  Later applications will be considered based on availability of remaining aid funds.  Please submit one application per child.

To be eligible for a reduced registration fee, a child must commit to make their best effort to fully participate in all practices and games and meet at least one the criteria listed below:
- Income eligible for free or reduced school lunch
- Actively placed in foster care
- Qualified for Medicaid

Consent to Exchange Information
By submitting this signed application, I certify that my child is currently enrolled in an assistance program such as Free or Reduced Lunch, Foster Care, or Medicaid.  I give my permission for members of the WJF Blue Board to verify this information with the relevant public agency.  I further give my permission for the relevant agencies to release information verifying my child's enrollment in one or more of these programs.
