Ramapo Indian Hills Board of Education Public Comments Form
The RIH BOE welcomes community participation during the public discussion portions of board meetings.  When the board meets in a remote session, the RIH BOE shall allow public comments to be submitted via electronic mail and in written letter form to the attention of the BOE President, Superintendent, or the Business Administrator/Board Secretary, in advance of the remote public meeting, no later than 5:00 PM the day of the scheduled BOE meeting. The Board will dedicate the first fifteen minutes of the thirty-minute public discussion session of each BOE meeting to the reading of electronic mail and written letters, or summaries thereof as permitted by the New Jersey Administrative Code.  Please be advised that any correspondence including questions and comments sent to BOE intended for Public Session may be subject to disclosure under the Open Public Records laws of the State of New Jersey.
