PDN 2024 - Attendance Interest Form

Please fill out this form if you are interested in attending the PDN 2024 symposium on Friday, April 19th in the Physiology Lecture Theatre.

We would like responses no later than March 1st.

This is NOT a registration form, but rather an interest form so the committee can get a headcount and dietary restrictions for daytime refreshments, lunch, and dinner.

Lunch and daytime refreshments will be complementary for attendees. Dinner will be a formal at Selwyn College which will require a ticket (£15), details to register for this will be sent to those who express potential interest through this form.
