Hamkae Center Vaccine Clinic Volunteer Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Hamkae Center at our Vaccine Clinic! We will provide training and can sign any volunteer hours forms. We are looking for around 5 volunteers !ย

Requirements:
๐Ÿง‘ 18+ years old
๐Ÿ˜ท Wear a mask
๐ŸšŒ Provide own transportation
๐Ÿ“ Sign volunteer disclosure agreement form
๐Ÿ’‰ Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least 2 shots + 1 booster)
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ป Attend volunteer training meetingย 
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Professional proficiency in English and at least 1 of these languages: Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Arabic, Vietnamese

You'll welcome community members, determine their eligibility, and register them.
Qualities: someone who is friendly, personable, able to work with folks from diverse backgrounds

Community Liaison
You'll move with community members from station to station, interpreting and relaying info + questions to and from them and healthcare specialists. You'll also stay with community members until their post-vaccination waiting period is done.

Escorter
You'll help with flow, guiding community members + liaisons from station to station. You'll also help relay logistical and material needs from stations to Hamkae Center staff.
Qualities: someone who is friendly, patient, calm, detail-oriented
