For customer follow-up calls, please fill in this form.
I check this for between each repair and get in touch with the customers in their preferred contact method.
Turnaround times: (TO BE CHANGE)
Luthier Repairs business hours are Monday to Friday.
- Supplier Warranty jobs are assessed as soon as they arrive at the Morisset Workshop.
- Setup & Service - 5 business days.
- Other repair jobs are generally 10-15 business days depending on complexity and parts on hand.
Customer Notifications: (TO BE CHANGE)
There is a 2-step notification system for customers.
- Repair is complete.
- Repair is ready to be collected.
Helpful Information:
- Customers will be contacted to discuss options about any addition work if needed.
- No additional work will be done without approval from the customer.
