Field Trip Program Application - DANA
We are so pleased that you have decided to bring your class to visit the Dana Adobe. This will be a very special field trip that will enhance your classroom history lessons, help children understand what life was like on a great rancho in the 1850s, and create lasting memories. Please complete the application below.
In preparation for your program:
 Program fees ($7/per child) may be paid before arrival, but must be paid upon arrival at the latest
 One adult per station required, groups size per station is 8-15 students
 Select the learning stations corresponding to your grade. Each field trip consists of 4 stations.
 Field trip date confirmation will follow: email will be sent confirming contact info, field trip date and a copy of the liability waiver below

Programs time: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. You are welcome to stay for lunch at the picnic tables near our Cultural Center and then visit our Gift Shop. Our Gift Shop contains many items that students love.
