2. Allow yourself 30 minutes to read the Exercise Overview and the 25 in-tray items. As you read each item make a mental or actual note about how you would handle each item. Remember you can’t make any assumptions, only use what is supplied.

3. When the 30 minutes is up, return to the 20 multiple-choice questions. (To gain the maximum benefit from this practice DO NOT look at the multiple-choice questions until you have read through and reviewed all the items in your in-tray).
