2018 Scout Expo Booth Reservation form
Thank you for making plans to attend the 2018 Scout Expo part of RiverFEST in UpTown Columbus on May 5th. This year the event will be held at Phenix City Amphitheater from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. EST. Set up for booths may start as early as 7:00 a.m. EST. and breakdown no earlier then 2:00 p.m. EST after the awards ceremony on the main stage.
The contact person on this form will be sent direction communications to confirm booth details for logistics.
APRIL 25TH is the last day to register your units booth.
Booth Reservation form
There is no cost for Scout Units and pre-approved community organizations. Business or vendors must be pre-approved and there is a $100 fee to register.
