The events of the Mental Health Awareness Days (MHAD) have been set up in a way that aims towards reducing stigma, giving you the courage to speak about something that isn’t always visible and understanding the experiences of others. You can find the time and date for the events in the link below.
Please make sure that the event(s) fits your schedule.
UWAGA: Wellbeing, Let's talk students mental health, Loss cafe, Knitting for Congo, Board Games Night, Dirty Dancing, and Smile Warsaw are open events which means that they do not require registration through this form.
Registration for the workshops is on a first come, first served basis. We will send you a confirmation email once you have successfully registered for a workshop(s).
