If screen is damaged, say whether it is still usable. (you can see enough of the screen to still use it) or if it is too damaged to use.
If Macbook is stolen, you'll need to submit a Police Report #
If Macbook is lost, continue to look for it; check the front office and all your classrooms.
If it's a keyboard issue, what exactly is wrong
Wi-fi issue- what is happening?
