Creative Director Application 2019
Applications are rolling, which means that we select applicants, interview, and fill positions immediately. So it is in your best interest to apply early before the role you want is no longer open.
By applying, you understand that you must attend orientation on April 27, 2019 and that you will have to begin working on Hacklahoma/attend Hacklahoma meetings virtually over the summer.

April 12, 2019: Deadline to apply
April 19, 2019: LAST day for Interviews. Interviews will be conducted all the way up to this date.
April 27, 2019: Mandatory Orientation

-Responsible for setting the creative direction of Hacklahoma’s theme and brand. This includes but is not limited to:
-Creates branding guidelines.
-Designs graphics in collaboration with other members.
-Works with other members to ensure consistent, cohesive branding and design.

-Selects the promotional products given out at the hackathon and communicates with product vendors.
-Creates and keeps track of marketing quotas with the Marketing Strategist.
-Collaborates with the Web Developer and Technology Director to create Hacklahoma’s websites.
-Develops outreach strategies for the organization with the Community Outreach Coordinator and Public Relations Officer.
-Responsible for collaborating with photographers and videographers before and during the hackathon.
-Ensures the Graphic Designer, Marketing Strategist, Community Outreach Coordinator, and Public Relations Officer fulfill their duties.

Requirements to Apply:
-Must have experience in graphic design.
-Marketing experience is preferred but not required.
-Web development experience is preferred but not required.
-Must provide a portfolio.
