Findlay St. Michael | Caring for our Elderly & Vulnerable Parishioners
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Please fill out the information below to volunteer to help with parishioner needs during the current pandemic. We are in need of volunteers 60 years old or younger who are willing to pick up groceries, deliver meals, or run light errands.
Once we have received your information, you will receive a phone call from Fr. Kyle, Donna Zoll, or Courtney Popenberg with the contact information of the parishioner(s) you will be assisting.
Please note: It will be your responsibility to negotiate terms of reimbursement with the individual you will be serving. A suggestion could be providing them with the purchase receipt and they could reimburse you via cash or check.
It will also be important to practice social distancing during this initiative. An example could be groceries and/or supplies being left on the doorstep, as well as payment being taped to the front door. Volunteers and those being served can negotiate the logistics in order to keep both parties safe.
We are not in need of monetary donations for this initiative. This is purely based on reimbursements.
Thank you so much for your generous service during this very crucial time. God bless you!
n.b. for safety reasons we cannot allow volunteers over the age of 60. Thank you for your understanding.
