FOOD VENDOR SUBMISSION FORM
Western Canada Ribfest Tour and partners welcomes additional vendors at events. All potential vendors must be approved by the tour and/or partners and have all provincial health certifications. Vendors may not sell any of the following: 

  • Barbecue pork;

  • Barbecue pork ribs;

  • Barbecue chicken;

  • Barbecue pulled pork;

  • Smoked sausages;

  • Brisket;

  • Baked beans;

  • Dinner rolls;

  • Coleslaw;

  • Potato salad;

  • Cornbread;

  • Southern Corn;

  • Lemonade;

  • Mini Donuts

  • Brisket Queso Dip and Chips;

  • Blooming onion;

  • Fries/Poutine

  • Barbecue spices; and,

  • Barbecue sauces;
